How do I set up an account?

Please fill out the Request Pricing form on our website. We will typically review your submission within 2-4 hours during the work week. We only sell to qualified retailers and food service businesses in Canada.

What's your shipping and returns policy?

How do I track my order?

We automatically send email updates about your order, including a courier tracking number. If you aren't receiving these emails, please check your email Spam folder. If you still aren't receiving emails, it's possible that you may have unsubscribed from receiving email communications from us. Please Contact Us to get your email subscription preferences changed.

Some of our top-selling brands have come from retailer recommendations! If you have something in mind for us, please send a note through our Contact Us form or email your Account Manager. If you have a personal connection to the brand owner, you're welcome to invite them to fill our Vendor Registration Form.

Do you sell to the general public?

We are strictly a business-to-business wholesale distributor. We only sell to qualified retailers and food service businesses in Canada. We would be happy to direct you to one of our many retailer partners near you. 

Where can I buy your products?

If you are a consumer in search of a specific brand (or brands) from our website, please Contact Us and specify the product(s). Please allow 1-2 business days for us to be able to direct you to a local store to find the product(s). 

I have a question about one of your products

As we're a distributor and not the manufacturer for our products, most product-specific questions should be directed to the manufacturer. If we're listed as the importer for a particular product, please Contact Us and specify the product(s) and questions. Please allow 1-2 business days for a reply.

What fees do you charge for distribution?

We do NOT charge listing or associated fees. Cooperative marketing fees to promote your brand and products are optional and never marked up (e.g. if a trade show space costs $1000, you pay $1000). These costs will be discussed in advance - no surprise chargebacks.

What types of stores do you service?

We service over 500 independent retailers across Canada. Most of our retailers would be best categorized as health food grocery stores. We also service bakeries, diet/weight loss stores, independent grocers, and natural pharmacies/supplement stores.

Do you have your own trucks?

No. This means that all of our shipments are sent out on-demand via third-party courier, reducing the average wait time per order.
