Where are the products made? Bisou Tea is proudly based in Canada, where our signature blends are thoughtfully developed and packaged in Toronto. We source premium ingredients from the world’s most respected growing regions such as green tea from China, black tea from Sri Lanka, chamomile from Egypt and spearmint from the U.S. Several of our teas are delicately flavoured in Germany before final blending and finishing in Canada
What is the ‘key ingredient’ that makes your product line special? The intentional balance of quality and presentation. Globally sourced ingredients blended with care, and thoughtfully designed packaging that elevates both the tea and the experience of enjoying it. |

What motivated you to start your company and create the products that we see today? We wanted to create a tea brand that felt as beautiful as it tasted. Tea is often tied to rituals of comfort, focus and calm. But we saw an opportunity to elevate that experience by combining functional, high-quality blends with packaging that looks like a piece of art. The result is a line that’s as visually appealing as it is sippable, rooted in wellness but designed for the modern aesthetic.
What are your company’s core values?
If you could tell a retailer three things about what makes your brand different, what would they be?
What are some challenges you’ve had to overcome to bring your business to its current state? Balancing sustainable practices with visual appeal and cost efficiency has been a key challenge. Developing a premium product that meets high ingredient and packaging standards while remaining competitively priced has taken careful planning and collaboration. Working with international suppliers while maintaining consistency and quality across all blends continues to be a central focus as we grow.
