New Vendor Evaluation and Onboarding Process
Thank you for your interest in working with LCG Foods Distribution to distribute your products. We currently work with over 70 vendors, helping them gain access to our network over 600 independent health food retailers across Canada. We help those retailers stand out from their competition with the unique, health-conscious product lines supplied to us by our vendors. Welcoming exciting new brands to the LCG Foods family is an important part of our company’s growth and continued success.
Our new brand review and onboarding process involves several stages.
- First, we gather your contact information through our new vendor registration page.
- If we feel that there’s a potential fit from the information provided, we will invite you to a shared workflow to provide more detail about your product specifications and your marketing plans. This workflow will allow you to view in detail the steps to our vendor onboarding process.
- If we feel that there is still a potential fit, we will schedule meetings with you to discuss specifics of a partnership plan. At this point, we may request samples of your products.
- If we come to a mutual agreement, we will formalize our partnership with some documentation.
- Once all paperwork is completed, we will list your products and order them from you. We'll then start selling them to our network of retailers.
We have recently redesigned our new vendor evaluation and onboarding process. If there's a mutual fit, and if information is submitted accurately and quickly, we can launch a new brand within 30 days.
