Through our two strategically located distribution centres in Markham, Ontario and Burnaby, British Columbia, we service retailers across all 10 Canadian provinces. When you join our distribution network, your products gain immediate exposure to our network of over 1,000 independent and chain retailers.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • We purchase your products and stock them in our warehouses.

  • Your products are added to our wholesale catalog and made available for order via online portal, phone, or email.

  • We do not charge any fees for listing your products through LCG Foods. Some optional sales and marketing services are available for a fee.
  • We help communicate your brand’s identity through our digital platforms and sales and marketing outreach.

  • Our experienced sales team can help promote your brand through cold calling, in-store visits, and meetings with category buyers and retail decision makers

  • Our sales team can help get your products can be featured in retailer flyers, marketing packages, and digital promotions.

  • We exhibit annually at top industry events, and vendors can gain affordable access to booth space.

  • We also offer marketing and strategic advisory services to help tailor your strategy for the Canadian retail environment.

Vendor Onboarding Process

  • Initial Form Submission
    Complete the form below with basic information about your brand and products.

  • Fit Assessment
    If we see alignment, you’ll be invited to a shared onboarding workflow where you’ll provide more detail on product specs, marketing strategy, and distribution goals. During this process, we may schedule meetings to discuss a potential partnership and may request product samples.

  • Agreement
    Once there’s mutual interest, we’ll formalize the relationship with documentation and agreements.

  • Integration & Planning
    Before launching, we’ll initiate two workflows: one for listing your products in our catalog, and another to align on sales and marketing plans.

  • Launch
    After onboarding is complete, we’ll place our first order and begin selling your products to our retail network.
