Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Servings: 20 cookies




  1. Preheat your oven to 350F.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the dry ingredients (flour, sweetener, thickener, and baking powder). Mix until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the wet ingredients (melted butter, egg, and vanilla). Whisk together until smooth.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, ad mix until well combined.
  5. Add the chocolate chips to the dough and mix until well distributed throughout.
  6. Scoop cookies onto a lined baking tray (approx. 10 cookies per tray).
  7. Bake for 15 minutes or until just golden brown on the tops. Allow to cool before serving.
